Richmond Monroe Group began delivering nationwide document retrieval, lien release and assignment preparation services to the mortgage industry in 1994.

Due to industry needs, and requests from existing Clients, we have since expanded our services to include those listed in our directory of services.

Our management and staff insist upon flawless delivery of every service:

  • All documents are quality reviewed before they are forwarded to the recording jurisdiction or Client.

Our Client service staff are knowledgeable and competent:

  • All Clients are given a designated Client services representative, who will personally oversee their orders, run daily reports ensuring that no "ball" is dropped and all orders are completed in a timely manner
  • We can create and provide any reports anytime
  • They will answer their phone and/or return a call or respond to an e-mail immediately during normal business hours.

We provide the same level of service to all Clients – no matter their size or volume.

Many of our Clients have been with us for over a decade. Several have graciously offered to answer any questions you may have regarding our performance.
We have never lost a Client due to dissatisfaction with our service or product…and we intend to keep it that way.


We offer complete scrub down of your pool of loans to ensure they are clean and exception free. Images are available online 24/7 from our secure website. We can deliver the data and images in a variety of formats or upload them to your internal systems. Documents will be forwarded to the custodian and/or the investor.
